anyport I booked a vehicle the day before because I needed an estate car. The next morning I changed the time, which they confirmed. At the time of expected arrival I get a phone call to say there's no car available and that drivers never turned up. Why didn't you contact at the very least 30 minutes before. Thankfully Alphabet Cars came to my rescue, was £10 cheaper. Apollo is extremely unreliable, poor customer service and I hope I never have to use them. anyport

anyport booked a taxi couple of days ago for 5 am to get to my airport bus. The driver did not arrive. When I rang I was told the car broke. No one called me to tell that and after I asked to give me a new car, they said nothing can be done. Letting people down like that is unacceptable Horrible survive. Never again! anyport
